Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

•Respond to inbound customer enquiries and understand customer requirements
• Introduce suitable equipment or solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support repeat business
• Support client meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions

Marketing & Lead Generation

•Support digital marketing initiatives and online outreach activities
• Assist in maintaining company presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Prepare basic marketing materials and product information
• Support marketing campaigns that generate business enquiries

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is advantageous for business coordination
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
