Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

About the Role

Prioriserv Consults Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Officer to drive sales of its products and services within the Engineering/Oil & Gas department.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and forecasts.
• Ensure company targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
