Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to support and accelerate growth in our organization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales and marketing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution, improve processes, and enable revenue growth. This role provides high visibility, hands-on experience, and a pathway into broader commercial leadership roles.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support & Execution

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to track performance, manage forecasts, and support key account initiatives
• Assist in coordinating pricing, promotions, and program rollouts across retail and distribution channels
• Support new product development, product launches, and ensure readiness across internal teams and customers
• Participate in key customer meetings and trade show events as needed
• Drive improvement of content creation to enhance customer experience
• Assist with product change management
• Social media and website management

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market performance to identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review
• Provide actionable insights to improve product lines and sales profitability
• Maintain competitive analysis to support customer initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Assist in demand planning and inventory alignment with customer needs
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
