Sales/Marketing Representative

The Sales/Marketing Representative will promote WOW Carwash within the local communities surrounding our sites. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving new Guest acquisition, and converting first-time visitors into loyal members. The Ambassador will engage directly with the public through grassroots marketing efforts, community events, and promotional outreach. A Guest-focused mindset, high energy, and a results-driven attitude are key to success in this role.

As part of our Team, your duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Execute grassroots marketing campaigns in communities surrounding WOW Carwash locations
• Distribute promotional materials (free wash coupons, flyers) to schools, local businesses, apartment complexes, and community events
• Attend and support marketing activations such as grand openings, partnership events, anniversaries, and Guest appreciation events
• Engage directly with potential Guests to promote WOW Carwash services and membership offerings
• Represent the WOW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
• Track distribution efforts and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
• Drive measurable results including new Guest visits, membership sign-ups, and repeat visits
• Focus on converting promotional users into long-term membership Guests
