About the Role

YSG Chicken Co. Nigeria Limited, a growing poultry business, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead sales activities, coordinate marketing campaigns, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth across retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise sales and marketing activities across retail outlets.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Acquire wholesale and institutional customers, including hotels, restaurants, schools, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor sales personnel and field marketers.
• Execute promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, sales policies, and payment procedures.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, poultry, frozen foods, or food distribution.
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and acquire customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of field marketing, retail sales, and wholesale distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and field supervision.
• Must be proactive, target-driven, honest, and accountable.
