Sales & Marketing Supp Contingent (w/m/d)

Hauptaufgaben

• Telefonische Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen von Kunden
• Analyse und Behebung von Produkt-, System- und Anwendungsproblemen
• Unterstützung bei der Fehlerdiagnose per Telefon
• Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Ursachenanalysen und Lösungen in den relevanten Systemen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitäts- und regulatorischer Anforderungen

• Beratung von Kunden, Händlern, Distributoren und Vertriebsmitarbeitern bei der Beantwortung
  produktbezogener Fragen, der Klärung von Anliegen sowie der Lösung produktbezogener Probleme.
• Übernahme einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertriebsmitarbeitern und technischem
  Fachpersonal zur Sicherstellung eines effektiven Informationsaustauschs und einer reibungslosen
  Zusammenarbeit.

Fachliche Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Produkten, Systemen oder Softwarelösungen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Fehleranalyse und strukturiertem Troubleshooting
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-, Ticket- oder ERP-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
