Sales & Marketing Support (Junior)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Management

· Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

· Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, sales order, PR and invoices.

· Ensure timely and accurate order entry and documentation.

Database & Record Maintenance

· Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and related documentation in company databases and CRM systems.

· Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and operational purposes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

· Support payment follow-ups and assist in resolving customer order-related issues.

Sales & Marketing Support

· Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team and help prepare sales-related documents and reports.

GeneralAdministration

· Handle day-to-day administrative duties and office coordination.

· Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Accounts Support

• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Requirements

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, salesadministration, customer service, or a related role.
Experience in a B2B or technical sales environment will be an advantage.

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, andPowerPoint.

Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritieseffectively.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.
