Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who want to develop in direct sales and work towards leadership responsibilities.

You’ll begin with face-to-face customer engagement. As you demonstrate consistent results, sound judgement and the ability to support others, you may progress into coaching and team support responsibilities.

This role is 100% commission-based, with no fixed basic salary. Earnings depend on sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent assigned clients at event and outdoor outreach locations.
• Deliver presentations and respond to customer enquiries.
• Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
• Apply coaching and take responsibility for your development.
• Learn to support newcomers as your capabilities grow.
