Royal Organisation is looking for individuals interested in building a foundation in direct sales and developing towards greater responsibility.

You’ll begin with face-to-face customer engagement and campaign sales. As you demonstrate consistent performance and readiness, opportunities may include supporting newcomers and coaching presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn your assigned campaign and present client offerings.
• Engage potential customers at event and outdoor locations.
• Answer enquiries and assist interested customers with sign-up.
• Work towards individual and team sales goals.
• Develop your skills through mentorship and practical feedback.
