A structured entry programme covering direct marketing, face-to-face sales and campaign delivery.
Programme structure
- Product and compliance training; shadowing experienced team members on-site
- Working sites with a mentor present, handling your own customer conversations
- Working independently with weekly coaching and individual targets
Timeline according to individuals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers at events and roadshows
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Support campaign delivery on-site
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Able to hold a conversation with someone you have not met
- Willing to be coached closely during the programme
- No full-time work experience required. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
