Sales: Meeting & Event Manager(歡迎身心障礙者)

1. Lead planning and execution of assigned meetings, recognition
events, incentive trips, and ABO engagement activities to ensure quality,
participant satisfaction, and budget compliance.
主導規劃與執行所指派的會議、表揚活動、獎勵旅遊及 ABO（直銷商／Amway Business Owner）互動活動，確保活動品質、參與者滿意度及符合預算要求。

2. Manage day-to-day operations of the Meetings & Events function,
including project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and
event delivery.
管理會議與活動部門的日常營運，包括專案時程管理、資源配置、風險管理及活動執行，確保各項專案順利完成。

3. Lead assigned strategic initiatives under the direction of the Sr.
Meeting & Event Manager, such as Event Design Innovation, Participant
Experience Enhancement, Digital Event Solutions, or ABO Engagement
projects.
領導指定的策略性專案，例如活動設計創新、參與者體驗優化、數位活動解決方案或 ABO 互動專案等。

4. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hotels,
venues, agencies, production partners, and other vendors to ensure
service quality and operational efficiency.
建立並維護與飯店、活動場地、代理商、製作夥伴及其他供應商的良好合作關係，以確保服務品質及提升營運效率。

5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications,
Finance, and other departments to support successful execution of
company events and recognition programs.
與業務、行銷、企業傳播、財務及其他部門密切合作，共同支持公司活動及表揚計畫的成功執行。

6. Coach and develop team members to strengthen project
management capabilities, operational excellence, and event execution
standards.
指導並培育團隊成員，提升其專案管理能力、營運效率及活動執行標準。

7. Manage assigned event budgets within the annual M&E budget
portfolio and monitor project ROI, providing recommendations for process
improvements and cost optimization。
管理所負責活動的預算（屬於年度會議與活動預算組合的一部分），監控專案投資報酬率（ROI），並提出流程改善及成本優化建議。

8. Support annual business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
led by the Sr. Meeting & Event Manager.
協助主管進行年度業務規劃、預算編列及策略性專案推動。

9. Escalate material budget changes, major stakeholder issues, policy
exceptions, vendor risks, and strategic changes to the Sr. Meeting & Event
Manager for decision.
針對重大事項向主管提出報告並尋求決策，包括預算重大變動、重要利害關係人議題、政策例外情況、供應商風險及策略調整等。
