About the Position…

In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to clients and engaging with them to explain the advantages of implementing rewards programmes into their company. Understanding the market trends of media or rewards systems is a vital part of the role and while integrity in the position is considered of high value, the position is to be responsible for increasing market share and revenue by working with lapsed and new local businesses.

The Ideal Candidate…

You must have prior B2B sales experience, preferably in media or rewards, to be considered for this job. You will need to show a desire to learn and grow as well as good time management, as well as the following:

• Ability to discover and explore new business possibilities on a proactive basis.
  
• Experience in community participation and consumer relationship development.
  
• Trends and advances in the business are well-versed.
  
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
