<div>Responsibilitiesü Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)</div><div>ü Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants</div><div>ü Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)</div><div>ü Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products</div><div>ü Maintaining good relationship with the customers</div><div>ü Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines</div><div>ü Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk</div><div>ü Comply with Bank’s policies and processes</div><div>ü Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns</div><div>ü Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets</div><div>ü Ensure timely submission of MIS reports</div><div>Expected CandidateAge: Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years</div><div>ProfileEducation: </div><div>ü Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)</div><div>ü AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage</div><div>Past Experience: 0 - 5 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations </div><div>Other Aspects / Skills:-</div><div>ü Good written and verbal communication skills </div><div>ü Fully conversant with MS Office </div><div>ü Excellent networking & interpersonal skills </div><div>ü Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance</div><div>ü Market knowledge of ‘Retail Banking’ or ‘Consumer Banking’ or ‘Branch Banking’</div><div>ü Knowledge of regulatory guidelines</div><div><br></div>
