Sales Officer - Housing Finance

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer specializing in Housing Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products, including Loan Against Property and Home Loans, to potential clients in the open market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers for housing finance products through field sales and networking. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in the housing finance sector. - Present and explain loan products to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process and ensure timely approvals. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of housing finance products, including Loan Against Property and Home Loans. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or housing finance sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with the local market in Haryana and Punjab is a plus.
