Sales Officer - Housing Finance

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer specializing in Housing Finance to join our team in Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products, including Loan Against Property and Home Loans, to potential clients in the open market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients for housing finance products through field sales and networking. - Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products. - Provide detailed information about loan products, including terms, conditions, and benefits, to clients. - Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted. - Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of housing finance products, including Loan Against Property and Home Loans. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or housing finance sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with the Punjab market and customer base is a plus.
