Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team in Haveri. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting life insurance products through the banca channel, working closely with bank staff to generate leads and drive sales. This position requires a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and bank employees alike. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads for life insurance products. - Conduct joint calls with bank employees to promote and explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions to walk-in customers. - Follow up on leads provided by the bank and work towards closing sales effectively. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines throughout the sales process. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and bank staff. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. - Confidence and a willingness to learn about banking products and life insurance. - Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues. - A target-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales goals. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduation is required. - Candidates should be within the age limit of 36 years. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI sales or life insurance sales is preferred.
