Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Opener to join our team! As a sales person, you will be calling established leads and following up with inquiries, sharing information about the company and services offered, and processing promising leads to the next step. You will also be using CRM to manage a list of leads and clients, calling numbers marked as potential clients, and handling any customer inquiry that comes through. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone, has excellent customer service skills, and has a positive attitude. Sales and or Collections experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and leads, following scripts and existing sales pitches to promote services
- Answer all questions to the best of your ability to explain benefits to potential customers
- Update CRM to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts
