Sales Operations Admin (Food Industry)
Description
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
5-day work week | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
Coordinate closely with customers, Sales Representatives, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
Follow up on order fulfilment, deliveries, stock availability, and order status.
Handle order amendments, cancellations, urgent requests, and customer enquiries.
Provide timely updates to customers and the sales team on order progress.
Assist with customer account creation and required documentation.
