The Hello Watt app, based on Linky meter data, allows you to track and understand your energy consumption. It also allows you to control it, by identifying and quantifying the most relevant solutions, from eco-gestures to renovation work, including choosing the right energy supplier for your home.

Hello Watt carries out energy renovation work (insulation, heating, solar) for individuals by providing them with a dedicated expert, accessible prices, subsidies deducted from the quote, and quality workmanship.

Hello Watt, experiencing very strong growth in its renovation activity, is looking for a Sales & operations Analyst intern starting in September to support the renovation offer manager and contribute to optimizing our commercial strategies. You will play a key role in the evolution of the renovation offer at Hello Watt, by supporting the skill development of the sales team in Valencia. The internship will be based in Valencia, Spain.

Hello Watt supports individuals from A to Z in their energy renovation project: sizing studies, equipment procurement, management of administrative procedures, planning, and site supervision.

What you'll do

Performance & Data Monitoring:
- Updating weekly KPI tracking and participating in the preparation of monthly commercial activity reports.

- Technical contribution to the creation of new monitoring tools and performing occasional quantitative analyses.

Speech Quality & Listening:
- Conducting regular monitoring of sales calls.

- Analyzing calls to inform and assist in the development of thematic skill-building workshops.

Change Management:
- Operational monitoring of additional sales opportunities (cross-sell / upsell strategy) and conducting market/competitor studies to support the global strategy.

Documentation & Process:
- Management and continuous updating of the technical and commercial reference document (offers, guarantees, processes) to facilitate the daily work of the teams.

What we're looking for

• Business or Engineering school

• Very dynamic profile, very good interpersonal skills, desire to support change

• You are rigorous and comfortable with numbers (Excel / Google Sheets)

• You possess excellent listening skills and a sharp analytical mind

• An interest in the energy transition and renovation sector is a real plus!
