Sales Operations Analyst

Infor is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the GTM Strategy & Planning team within Global Revenue Operations. This role sits at the analytical center of Infor’s go-to-market engine — responsible for building and running the diagnostic infrastructure that turns sales and marketing performance data into clear, decision-grade insight for executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystem.

The Strategy & Planning Analyst reports into the GTM Planning & Analytics function and partners closely with the broader GTM Strategy & Planning team — covering strategy, funnel dynamics, and planning — as well as the Reporting, Marketing, BDR, and Ecosystem teams. This role is for someone who combines analytical rigor with structured thinking, can identify what the data is telling the business (not just what the data says), and is passionate about producing insights that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Run recurring sales and marketing performance diagnostics — variance vs. plan, vs. prior period, vs. benchmark — with named root cause and a clear so-what for the business.
  • Produce analytics for Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) and QBR cycles across AMER and International, translating raw data into executive-ready outputs that drive decisions.
  • Build and maintain the analytical infrastructure — data models, diagnostic logic, repeatable views — that the GTM Ops team relies on day-to-day.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analytics for strategy, funnel, and planning questions — translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses with a clear recommendation.
  • Partner with the Reporting team to eliminate duplicated coverage and integrate Marketing, BDR, and Ecosystem data into broader enterprise GTM views.
  • Support the 24-month bookings and demand generation planning model: scenario inputs, attainment risk assessment, pipeline sufficiency, and coverage analytics.
  • Govern metric definitions and contribute to a single source of truth for GTM diagnostics, reducing fragmentation across Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystem data.
  • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, GTM Strategy, or a comparable analytically rigorous role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience and comfort in working with C-Suite executives; Presenting clearly, engaging professionally and driving relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to move from raw data to structured diagnostic insight and executive-ready recommendation — with a clear what happened → why → so-what → now-what structure.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency — complex formulas, nested logic, pivot tables, Power Query, and scalable data models that others can run and maintain (non-negotiable).
  • Experience structuring and analyzing large, complex datasets across CRM, marketing automation, and related GTM systems.
  • Solid understanding of GTM fundamentals: pipeline generation, funnel conversion, sales capacity, bookings and demand generation planning, and coverage modeling.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in Spain without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo.
  • Salesforce CRM experience — working knowledge of pipeline and opportunity data structures strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytical or productivity tools.
  • Comfort presenting and influencing cross-functionally without direct authority in a matrixed global organization.
  • Familiarity with planning frameworks: AOP cycles, QBRs, OKRs, and KPI governance.
