The Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in helping the business work smarter, faster and with stronger governance. This role is responsible for creating, managing and continuously improving operational processes, AI agents, automation opportunities, CRM workflows and key risk controls.

This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, enablement, compliance, internal audit, training and process improvement, with a strong focus on practical execution, risk management and continuous improvement.

  • Process design and improvement - create and maintain scalable sales operations processes, maps, guides and playbooks, identifying gaps and coordinating practical improvements with stakeholders.
  • Process visibility - maintain clear reporting on operational issues, themes, actions, ownership and outcomes to strengthen accountability and decision-making.
  • AI agents and automation - create, implement and manage AI agents and automated workflows, while helping prioritise opportunities that improve efficiency, reporting and knowledge management.
  • Controlled delivery - work with Technology, Data and business stakeholders to ensure AI and automation solutions are practical, accurate, fit for purpose and appropriately governed.
  • Adoption and performance - monitor automated solutions and prepare guidance, training materials and documentation that support safe and effective adoption.
  • CRM enablement - coordinate CRM processes, workflows, guides and operating rhythms, including Salesforce or equivalent platforms, to improve adoption, data quality, activity capture and reporting.
  • Cross-functional coordination - bring together Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams to clarify ownership, handoffs, approvals, reporting and escalation pathways.
  • Workshops and feedback - support improvement discussions and workshops, translating frontline feedback and business requirements into clear, usable processes.
  • Compliance and controls - review processes through a risk and control lens, coordinate audit and remediation actions, and own assigned key controls in line with monthly governance rhythms.
  • Reporting and escalation - create dashboards and updates that highlight process performance, control completion, automation outcomes, risks and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns appropriately.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in sales operations, business operations, enablement, process improvement, governance or operational excellence.
  • Experience creating, managing or supporting AI agents, workflow automation or digital process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong ability to create, document and maintain business processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • CRM management experience; Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • A sound understanding of risk, compliance, controls and audit requirements, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear process documentation, guides, reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to identify process gaps, interpret workflow issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Confidence driving follow-up, accountability and process discipline without relying on direct authority.
  • The ability to support change adoption by making new processes practical, clear and easy for teams to follow.
  • You are familiar with AI tools - comfortable using tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reporting and tailor content quickly and effectively.

Sometimes the best candidates do not have 100% of what is listed above. If you have most of these capabilities and feel confident you could succeed in the role, we would love to hear from you.
