Key responsibilities
Work in a music school and retail outlet environment
Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify their musical goals and actively convert inquiries into free trial lessons and long-term enrolments
Coordinate and process new student enrolments, new music course and package activation, recurring music lessons retentions, monitoring student learning journey record and observe teachers’ classroom teaching effectiveness
Spearhead the promotion and sales of company service packages and concert/recital tickets
Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student withdrawal
Assist with invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and perform make up lessons' arrangements, if required
Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction
Maintain real-time records of all tasks, customer orders, follow-up actions and outstanding matters in shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets), ensuring that information is updated promptly and consistently across all communication channels
About you
GCE "O" Level and above
No experience required; training provided
