🏠 Weekend / PH: Occasional work-from-home support when required

This position is CCP-supportable under the CCP for SME Professionals, subject to the programme eligibility requirements and assessment of the selected candidate.

Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage a group of outsourced teachers
- Plan and coordinate daily staff scheduling and deployment
- Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities
- Manage client relationships and handle feedback and service matters professionally
- Support business development activities and work towards assigned sales targets
- Monitor operational fulfilment and follow up on staffing requirements
- Prepare monthly reports and operational updates for management
- Support process improvement and other operational initiatives
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification
- Candidates with experience in sales, operations, recruitment, customer service or business development are welcome
- Candidates looking to make a career transition into Sales Operations are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate and a fast learner
- Responsible, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SME environment
- Able to stand by 24/7, including weekends or public holidays (WFH when needed)
- Able to start work on short notice
