The Sales Operations Generalist plays an important role in improving the efficiency, consistency, and accuracy of sales operations. This position supports day-to-day processes while helping build scalable workflows, documentation, and operational standards. You will contribute to maintaining clean and reliable Salesforce data and ensuring that sales teams follow established processes and policies. The role also provides opportunities to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that make teams more effective. You will collaborate with sales operations, enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives that strengthen operational performance. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Accountabilities:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that document and standardize key sales operations workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation that provides clear and consistent guidelines across the sales function.
- Review existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend more effective ways of working.
- Perform Salesforce data entry, cleanup, and maintenance activities to support accurate and reliable sales information.
- Assist with creating and maintaining sales operations procedures, documentation, and training materials.
- Support the day-to-day execution of sales operations activities while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Monitor adherence to established sales processes and policies and help compile relevant operational and compliance data.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and provide administrative support for implementing workflow improvements.
- Assist sales teams with operational tasks, approvals, documentation, and other requirements to ensure processes are completed correctly and on time.
- Investigate basic Salesforce issues, update records, and assist with user access and partner login-related tasks.
- Collaborate with sales enablement, sales operations, and cross-functional teams on projects designed to refine workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related support function.
- You have strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, particularly when handling structured and repetitive operational tasks.
- You are comfortable following established procedures while maintaining accuracy and consistency in your work.
- You have practical experience with Salesforce, including basic navigation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- You have experience using Jira to track tasks and follow established workflows.
- You communicate clearly and effectively when supporting colleagues, documenting processes, and reporting findings.
- You can manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced working environment.
- You bring a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute across the broader sales organization.
- The position offers a competitive base salary range of $64,100 to $102,900, with final compensation depending on factors such as geographic location, skills, and experience.
- You may be eligible for annual incentive compensation of up to 10%.
