Responsibilities
- Track calls, emails, and scheduling activity
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems or CRM tools
- Support interview scheduling and coordination
- Assist with reporting and pipeline organization
- Identify gaps or follow-up needs in outreach activity
- Support the sales team with operational tasks
