Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Assist in achieving sales goals by providing administrative support to the sales team.

• Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.

2. Inventory Management

• Manage inventory levels, including receiving new merchandise, ticketing, and organizing backstock.

• Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and returns to vendors (RTVs).

3. Administrative Tasks

• Maintain data integrity in sales systems, such as Salesforce.com.

• Coordinate and schedule sales training and events.

• Manage sales enabling tools and technologies.

4. Customer Service

• Assist with special events, including processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and a luxury mindset.

5. Team Collaboration

• Support jewelry specialists on the sales floor with any requests or needs that enhance the overall client experience.

• Manage, coach, and develop sales team members in relationship selling, product knowledge, repairs, and adherence to store procedures.
