Job Description
Sales (Approx. 50%)
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and generate leads.
- Identify customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct business presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee budgets and costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer feedback to enhance and improve the company’s services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Build partnerships and collaborate with team leaders to determine service offerings, delivery standards, and effective solutions to arising issues.
- Possess strong experience in Digital Media Management and Advertising, which is essential for business growth.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned.
Operations (Approx. 50%):
- Oversee compliance with all local and state environmental regulations.
- Ensure safety programs are fully implemented and meet requirements.
- Oversee and implement operations updates/upgrades to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Determine staffing and equipment requirements and procure needed resources.
- Assure completion and proper documentation of all monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage on-site emergencies, such as workplace injuries, fires, etc.
- Maintain an open-door policy and communication with staff and management.
- Assist with responding to procurement opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with management team and upcoming projects as needed.
- Brief management on status in a timely manner and update reports, as necessary.
- Knowledge of applicable safety standards.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Ability to collaborate well with other employees in a team environment and communicate to ensure safety.
- Experienced in or ability to learn how to operate on-road/off-road rolling-stock and stationary equipment to understand best operating and maintenance practices.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within the Construction Waste Management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to work independently while efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Class 4 License
