Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Citrix and Microsoft technology business. This role will manage the operational lifecycle of software, cloud, hardware, support, and service transactions - from solution coordination, quoting, and ordering through renewals, vendor registrations, Microsoft partner-program administration, and billing coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and dependable, with experience supporting B2B technology sales, licensing, subscriptions, renewals, or order processing. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Engineers, vendors, distributors, and internal operations teams to ensure customer solutions are accurately quoted, properly ordered, documented, and followed through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare accurate quotes for software, cloud subscriptions, hardware, support, renewals, and related professional services.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Engineers, and other technical resources to confirm solution configurations, product SKUs, quantities, pricing, licensing terms, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate vendor and distributor pricing, availability, special pricing, deal registrations, licensing information, and order requirements.
• Process and track customer orders from approval through vendor/distributor submission, fulfillment, provisioning, shipping, and completion.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, subscription, renewal, and product information in the CRM and other business systems.
• Manage and track software, support, maintenance, and subscription renewals; prepare renewal quotes and coordinate timely follow-up with the sales team and clients.
• Support Microsoft and Citrix partner-program administration, including renewals, product registrations, customer associations, CPOR, PAL, deal registrations, incentive-related documentation, and other vendor requirements.
