Sales Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

Arm has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations – Commercial Fulfillment Team (CFT).

CFT ensures Arm’s commercial commitments are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. The team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the commercial lifecycle i.e. lead to revenue. In partnership with global cross-functional teams and Sales account teams, CFT provides the operations expertise to drive closure of commercial deals through delivery of Arm's Intellectual Property and Silicon solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the outbound sales organization in the end-to-end product sales cycle, including forecasting, proposal preparation, inventory tracking, and production planning for product samples, new product introductions (NPI) and Return Materials Authorisation (RMA).
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across global business units and enterprise functions—including Supply Chain, Legal, Product Management, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Sales Operations—to implement business priorities and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate working relationships across our customers' global supply network, business and sales teams to ensure customer sales operation targets are met.
  • Collaborate with back-end OSAT and ODM partners to ensure materials supply meets customers' production achievements (e.g., proto, EVT, DVT, PVT).
  • Track and maintain bi-weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator metrics, including sales-in/sales-out, inventory, and order adjustment; deliver reporting requirements for customer accounts and management reviews.
  • Serve as the Sales liaison across internal partner groups to coordinate customer events, including site visits, technical workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBR) etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of working experience in IT or semiconductor industries in sales operations, business development, supply chain/logistic management, or customer support.
  • Previous experience in sales or product marketing is a plus.
  • Strong partnership engagement. Experience in managing and collaborating with ODMs, OSAT, and foundries. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal and external partners to deliver outstanding customer experience. Passionate about driving your own development, while also encouraging team members and partners to do the same.
  • Delivery of results – demonstrate a can-do attitude and strive towards overcoming obstacles, acting with a sense of urgency while remaining calm under time pressure or facing conflicting information. An outstanding teammate who can work multi-functionally and establish relationships with colleagues at all levels across the globe. You value differences and use others’ expertise to help Arm achieve our goals!
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Role is based in Arm's Taipei, TW office with opportunities for domestic business travels to accompany customer visits, on a needed basis.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of semiconductor forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, or sales operations processes.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM business process platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle is advantageous.
  • Agility to learn new technical skills and adapt to evolving processes and systems deployment.
  • Degrees: Bachelors, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, MBA, or related fields.
