核心职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 销售数据支持与分析：定期整理并分析销售漏斗、客户转化率及订单执行数据，生成周/月度报告，为销售策略优化提供数据依据。
- 全流程订单跟进：协助销售团队完成从合同签署、系统开通到首付款确认的订单闭环管理.
- 售后协调与客户对接：作为销售与客户成功/技术支持团队间的桥梁，及时响应客户关于服务开通、账单查询及基础使用问题的咨询，并推动内部资源高效解决。
- 客户关系维护：主动跟进重点客户的使用反馈与续约意向，记录客户互动日志，协助提升客户满意度（CSAT）与净推荐值（NPS）。
- CRM系统维护：确保Salesforce/HubSpot等CRM系统中客户信息、沟通记录及商机状态实时、准确更新.
任职要求 / Qualifications
- 教育背景：本科及以上学历，商务、市场营销、信息管理或相关专业优先。
- 工作经验：3年以上B2B销售支持、客户运营或相关岗位经验，有SaaS行业背景者优先。
- 核心技能：
- 出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能清晰传递客户需求并推动内部协作；
- 熟练使用主流CRM系统，具备基础数据分析能力；
- 中英文书面及口头表达流利（如岗位涉及国际客户，可注明“英语可作为工作语言”）；
- 高度责任心与细节导向，能在快节奏环境中多任务并行并保证交付质量。
加分项 / Preferred Qualifications
- 有使用BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI）制作可视化报表的经验；
- 熟悉订阅制（Subscription-based）商业模式及SaaS关键指标
