Sales Operations Specialist

Were seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to keep our sales engine running smoothly. Youll support the sales team with process coordination, pipeline tracking, client research, and reporting to ensure deals move forward efficiently.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Prepare sales presentations, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support.
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors.
• Maintain accurate sales databases and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, proposals, and finance teams.

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or Healthcare.
• 1+ years in a client-facing sales operations role.
• Experience with PBM or related healthcare industries a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
