Sales Operations Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Collaborate with field sales to actively manage booked service opportunities for the Fort Worth Service Center, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal execution capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of gearbox service orders, including component induction, scope assessment, repair execution, and final delivery.
- Track and analyze backlog, work-in-progress, finished goods, and storage inventory on a weekly basis; prepare monthly analytical reports on operational and financial performance.
- Utilize ERP systems to extract, organize, and normalize operational data; analyze trends in sales, inventory, and service performance.
- Maintain and optimize CRM and internal tracking tools to ensure accurate serial number control and full visibility throughout the service lifecycle.
- Ensure proper scheduling of awarded projects and provide regular status updates to the sales team; monitor and report backlog status on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation systems (electronic and hard copy), including Order Release Sheets (ORS), to support production execution and traceability.
- Lead completion of work packages, including collection of technical documentation and shipping records; coordinate with finance to initiate invoicing.
- Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations and support, customer service and success, or operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operation management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Experience working with project management practices and resources.
- Must have a customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Good to have data analysis skills to make data-driven business modeling and decisions
- Knowledge and proficiency with Adobe®, Microsoft® Office, ERP, Salesforce, and other internal programs and tools.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a big plus for communication with HQ teams.
