Sales Operations Specialist
NewBe an early applicant- Collect
and maintain accurate project unit data including building types, unit areas,
and pricing to support the sales database.
- Create
and update client requests, reservations, and contract statuses within the
system to ensure accurate records and effective coordination with relevant
departments.
- Maintain
and regularly update the company’s unit inventory and share updated
availability with the Sales team to avoid booking conflicts or unit
duplication.
- Prepare
and update sales documentation including reservation forms, booking forms, and
sales contracts while coordinating with relevant departments for approvals.
- Prepare
calculation sheets related to pricing, payment plans, and financial breakdowns
for the Sales team when required.
- Maintain
a clear understanding of sales contract terms and conditions in order to
respond to internal inquiries and support the Sales team.
- Monitor
booked and reserved units to ensure compliance with reservation deadlines and
completion of required documentation.
- Follow
up on pending documentation and contract signatures from overseas clients to
ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Prepare
and provide sales reports and analytics when requested to support sales
monitoring and management decision-making.
- Maintain and update audit files for each unit
including all related documentation to ensure accurate archiving and proper
record management.
Requirements
- Education: BSc of Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in Operations.
- Skills: Communication skills - Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
