We are looking for a colleague to join us as a Sales Ops Support Analyst!
Check out the main duties of the position:
Create and process software subscription quotes based on Sales requests and customer requirements
Validate pricing, discounts, subscription terms, and supporting documentation to ensure quote accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies, approval processes, and contractual guidelines
Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies, missing approvals, and other quote-related issues in collaboration with Sales, Finance,
Legal, and other stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deal readiness and ensure timely quote submission
Maintain high quality and accuracy standards while contributing to process improvements and quoting efficiency
What we expect from you:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks
Strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
Sales support and account maintenance/management skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English language
