Responsibilities
- Process and approve purchase order confirmations
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and timely supply deliveries
- Coordinate delivery schedules to align with operational needs and customer expectations
- Track sales orders and coordinate quotes with the sales team to support customer transactions
- Manage customer accounts by providing responsive service and resolving issues promptly
- Perform accurate data entry of metrics and key operational data to support reporting needs
- Expedite orders and update sales orders and shipping information
- Monitor shipment schedules
- Maintain an organized and accessible filing system
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
