Sales Ops & TPM Specialist, S$4.5K, 12-month, CBD

Job Summary:

• Drive governance, visibility and effectiveness of trade investments across customers and channels.
• Act as the business interface for Trade Promotion Management processes, ensuring smooth execution between commercial teams and external TPM support partners.
• Support trade spend planning, budget tracking, accrual governance, compliance and reporting.
• Maintain high-quality commercial master data and operational processes that enable efficient execution and decision making. Identify opportunities to improve trade investment productivity, process efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Job Scope:

Trade Promotion Governance & Operations

• Ensure trade investments, promotions, rebates and customer funding activities are accurately recorded and governed.
• Coordinate TPM workflows between Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance and external support teams.
• Monitor budget utilization, trade spend tracking, accrual accuracy and compliance with commercial policies.
• Support post-promotion evaluations and trade investment effectiveness reviews.
• Drive reporting and KPI tracking to improve promotional efficiency and return on investment.

Sales Operations Excellence

• Maintain pricing, customer records, trade terms and commercial operational processes.
• Support trade accrual validation, spend reconciliation and customer claims processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to simplify, standardize and improve commercial operations.

Commercial Master Data Governance

• Maintain customer, product, pricing and trade-related master data within SAP and connected systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance through regular audits and governance processes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop reporting and dashboards for trade spend, promotional effectiveness and sales operations KPIs.
• Deliver insights to support commercial decision-making and investment optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotions or related functions
• Experience supporting trade spend administration, pricing, rebates, customer funding or commercial governance processes.
• Experience with SAP and TPM processes is advantageous. FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods industry
• Analytical and financial acumen.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Power BI or reporting tool experience
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Governance mindset and attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities

Additional Information:

Salary

• – S$4.5K + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis
