Sales Order Management Specialist
Our client, based in Pinelands, is looking for a Sales Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.
You will be required to fulfil the following duties:
- Look after all sales orders for B2B, Website, and Telesales Team
- Allocate stock to sales orders and Invoice orders out accordingly
- Ensure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis
- Help the storeman with stock takes once a month
- Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis
- Keep salespeople up to date with all ETA's
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication
skills, with good telephonic skills.
- Maintain a professional and friendly
demeanour.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and
organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and within
a team.
- Strong numeracy skills –ability to accurately
and efficiently perform basic calculations such as (e.g., add, subtract,
multiply, and divide)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Order
