Sales Order Support Specialist (f/m/n)
LOCATION: Krakow / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o. | DEPARTMENT: R/SHL Sales Support HUB | REQUISITION ID: 11990 | Full-time | Limited | ON-SITE/REMOTE: Hybrid
Your Responsibilities
- Systemic processing of orders from the German market, from receipt to product delivery,
- Monitoring and ensuring timely order fulfillment,
- Supervising inventory levels for order fulfillment purposes,
- Communicating with customers and other Knorr-Bremse locations regarding order status and complaints,
- Monitoring and controlling accounts receivable.
Our Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or a technical field),
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferably in customer service, sales, or logistics),
- Communicative English skills,
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel),
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
Nice to have:
- Communicative German skills
