What you’ll contribute to
At Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA), we're looking for a Sales Planning & Forecasting Coordinator to join our Regional Planning team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting vehicle sales forecasting, analysing market trends, and providing valuable insights that help drive sales performance and profitability across the business.
This is a permanent full time role based at Port Melbourne.
How you’ll make an impact
Support the development and delivery of vehicle sales forecasts by analysing dealer orders, retail performance, inventory levels, and market conditions.
Gather, analyse, and interpret data to produce reports, presentations, and insights that support informed business decisions.
Maintain monthly reporting systems and Sales Performance Review documentation, ensuring the business has access to accurate and timely information.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating forecasting and sales planning forums while managing queries and escalating issues where required.
Assist with market and sales performance analysis, identifying trends and root causes to support action planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements and Kaizen activities that enhance system efficiencies and drive better business outcomes.

A degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and identifying business trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
