Sales Porter

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to support our sales and service operations. In this role, you will help keep the lot, showroom, and delivery areas organized and presentable while assisting the team with vehicle movement, customer coordination, and day-to-day support tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles safely across the lot, showroom, service area, and delivery zones.
• Keep inventory arranged, clean, and properly displayed to support sales efforts.
• Assist with vehicle preparation before customer delivery, including basic cleaning and staging.
• Support sales and service teams with errands, vehicle retrievals, and general administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance in customer-facing areas.
• Check vehicles for fuel, fluids, and basic condition before movement when required by company policy.
• Help coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and drive vehicles responsibly at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions when applicable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods as needed.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in a dealership, automotive, or customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle care and lot operations.
