About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Process Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our commercial operation, ensuring customer orders progress efficiently from point of sale through to installation.

Acting as the bridge between Sales, Survey, Build, Finance and Installation teams, you will drive the successful delivery of orders, remove barriers, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure every project is installation-ready as quickly as possible.

If you're passionate about process improvement, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy bringing structure and accountability to complex workflows, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Order Management

  • Lead the post-sale order management process from contract signature through to installation handover.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Survey, Build, Finance and Installation teams.
  • Monitor order progression and proactively chase actions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage survey requests through Harrier, Falcon and Falcon+ processes.
  • Maintain accurate order tracking and reporting through internal systems.
  • Support Business Development Managers by reducing administrative burden and enabling them to focus on customer engagement and business growth.

Sales to Installation Handover

  • Own the sales-to-installation handover process and associated governance.
  • Ensure all parties meet agreed deadlines and milestones.
  • Review and validate documentation to ensure installation readiness.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring handover checklists are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks or delays before they impact delivery.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Implement workflow improvements that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
  • Produce data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Champion best practice across commercial and operational teams.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder management abilities.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience coordinating complex projects, workflows or operational processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience working within a B2B sales or commercial environment.
  • Confidence influencing and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and commercial technology platforms.
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

What you will get in return:

  • 25 annual leave days plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Package NB subject to eligibility criteria.
  • Health Cash Back Plan
  • Staff benefits designed to suit you, from discounts on high street and online shopping to travel, socialising and wellbeing.
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension Scheme
