🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🤝 Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, applications and project needs.
• 💡 Lead pre-sales technical discussions, product presentations and technical exchanges with customers.
• 📋 Take ownership of projects and coordinate closely with Vision, Software and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• 🔄 Act as the key coordination point between internal departments and customers, ensuring requirements, timelines and expectations are clearly aligned.
• 🗣️ Conduct regular project meetings with cross-functional teams to track milestones, identify issues and drive timely resolution.
• 📊 Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports and status updates for management and stakeholders.
• 🚀 Support the Product Supervisor in product planning, equipment development and product improvement initiatives.
• 🏭 Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams throughout equipment development, integration and delivery.
• ✈️ Travel to customer sites when required to provide project support, technical coordination and execution.
• 🎯 Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, quality and customer expectations.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related discipline.
• Experience in project engineering, project management, application engineering, equipment engineering or technical customer support is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, machine vision, robotics or industrial equipment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and conducting technical discussions.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, independent and hands-on with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
