Ancira KIA, the premier San Antonio KIA dealer with multiple back-to-back awards, is seeking qualified, experienced retail automotive product specialists to join our team! We reward results and provide you with a 5-day work week, Sundays off, and the tools, ongoing product training, and product to succeed.
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:30pm and 12pm - 9pm rotating daily
All-Hands-On-Deck Saturdays 8:30am - 7pm
In this job you will meet all kinds of great people, work with a dynamic team of successful, high-producing employees, and help customers find their perfect match when it comes to their transportation needs. Our passion is to create life-long fans!

- Recent Retail Auto Sales Experience PREFERRED
- Excellent Customer-Relatability and care for their satisfaction
- Professional Appearance
- Reliable/Conscientious Driving Record
- Enthusiastic attitude!
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills (CDK and VinSolutions a PLUS!)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License with insurable record.
Minimum insurable age for Sales position is 21.
