# Sales Professional – Chevrolet & Ford

City Automall is looking for motivated, professional salespeople to join our growing sales team.

**Automotive experience is NOT required. Sales experience is.**

If you've been successful in retail, wireless, furniture, insurance, home improvement, B2B sales, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales environment, we'd like to talk to you.

We'll teach you the automotive business. You bring the **sales ability, work ethic, personality, and drive to succeed.**

## Compensation

**Starting earning potential of approximately $50,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance.**

Responsibilities

## What You'll Do

You'll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process, including:

- Helping customers identify the right vehicle for their needs

- Responding to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities

- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

- Following up with prospective customers

- Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business

- Maintaining contact with previous customers

- Learning Ford and Chevrolet products, technology, and programs

- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous sales experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for automobiles and automotive technology.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
