Sales Professional -Hot Springs

Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses is hiring a Sales Representative for our new Hot Springs location opening in August 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing, family-owned company and be part of something from day one.

What You'll Earn

Our reps earn $40,000 to $80,000+ per year. You'll start on an hourly base so you're not stressed about slow days while you ramp up, with commission on top that rewards exactly how hard you work.

The Job

You'll be on the floor at our Hot Springs location helping customers find the right mattress or furniture for their home and budget. No pressure tactics, no scripts. Customers come in with a need. Your job is to listen, know the product, and earn the sale the honest way.

How We Train You

We don't throw you on the floor and wish you luck. You'll go through structured onboarding, hands-on product training, and get paired with a senior rep who knows the product. We work with how you learn best.

Room to Grow

We open new stores every year and we hire from within. When a new location opens locally, the people already on our team get first shot at running it. If you want to move into a store manager role, the opportunity is real and coming sooner than you'd think.

Who We're Looking For

A people person who genuinely enjoys helping strangers, is self-motivated, and takes pride in doing the job right. Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. We'll teach the right person. You'll need to be comfortable working a retail schedule including weekends.
