What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and dealership-provided tools.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication through our CRM system.
- Work closely with sales management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
- Assist with vehicle merchandising and maintaining an attractive showroom and lot appearance.
