The Role

The role is about meeting new clients and guiding them to the right new home through a refined and successful sales process. We are not a hard sell environment; our success comes from guiding clients in a way that simplifies good design and maintains integrity. You will be supported by great systems, active mentoring, hands-on training and a genuinely great product.

About you

The right candidate will be a natural people person with an interest in housing and an appreciation of good design. You will be self-motivated and have the communication skills to connect with people. A natural eye for detail is an advantage, but not critical to success.
