This role partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to help move cross-functional initiatives from an undefined problem to a measurable, owned outcome. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Program Manager who is eager to build their program management skill set inside a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

- Support senior PMO team members on larger, multi-team initiatives by managing workstreams, trackers, and follow-ups.
- Help translate initial requests into a clear problem statement, timeline, and list of stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and status documentation so initiatives stay current and visible.
- Drive alignment on global rollout strategies, ensuring regional and local teams have clarity on how to execute centralized strategic initiatives within their market context, with appropriate checkpoints and accountability.
- Coordinate recurring stakeholder syncs, distribute updates, and keep relevant Slack channels active and organized.
- Identify when an initiative is stalling or missing an owner and raise it proactively.
- Support the qualification process by helping gather the data needed to size an initiative's revenue, cost, or risk impact.
- Draft clear, organized recaps and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Build strong working relationships with partners across Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or sales operations, ideally within an enterprise or matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (e.g., RACIs, milestone tracking, status reporting).
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn — comfortable asking questions and getting into the weeds of a project.
- Developing ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest or prior exposure to sales-driven organizations, consulting, or AdTech environments is a plus.
