Sales Promoter (Brand Ambassador) | Lanzarote Airport (ACE)
Are you passionate about sales and love working with people from all over the world?
We are looking for a Sales Promoter (Brand Ambassador) to join our team at Lanzarote Airport (ACE) and represent a premium international brand in the Duty Free area.
We are looking for someone commercial, dynamic and with an ability to connect with customers, who enjoys working in an international environment and is motivated to achieve sales targets.
What you'll do
As a Sales Promoter (Brand Ambassador), you will be the face of the brand and play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for travellers from around the world.
Proactively approach travellers and generate sales opportunities.
Connect with customers of different nationalities and understand their needs.
Advise and recommend products in a personalised way.
Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
Provide an excellent customer experience in line with a premium brand.
Represent the brand with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm.
What we're looking for
High level of English, both spoken and comprehension. It is essential to be able to hold a conversation fluently and interact naturally with international customers. The interview will be conducted in English.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts.
Nice to have
German will be considered a plus.
What you'll get
Long-term contract.
Salary of €1,600-€1,900 gross/month, made up of a fixed salary + bonus based on results.

What we are looking for
Previous experience as a sales promoter, commercial promoter, in sales, retail, PR or any commercial customer-facing position.
A clearly commercial profile, results-oriented and comfortable approaching customers.
Excellent communication and public interaction skills.
