Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to outlet sales.
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper product placement, rack arrangement, and merchandising.
- Maintain attractive displays and maximize product visibility at assigned outlets.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment when required.
- Conduct product sampling, promotions, and other customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of assigned displays/racks.
- Build and maintain good relationships with outlet staff.
- Ensure proper execution of company promotions and merchandising guidelines.
- Track sales performance and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Provide relevant market and competitor feedback.
- Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and outlet guidelines.
- Perform other sales and promotional activities assigned by the reporting manager
